We offer a 14-day return policy. You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet all of the following conditions:

The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
All original tags must be attached
The item must be returned in its original packaging
Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) must be provided
For hygiene reasons, all shapewear and intimate garments must have the original hygiene seal intact

The following items are not eligible for return:

Sale items (all discounted items are final sale)
Gift cards
Personalized or custom-made products
Perishable goods
Personal care and intimate items (including shapewear, bodysuits, and similar products) that have been worn, tried on, or where the hygiene seal has been removed or damaged

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or product, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.
